Earned Value Management Learn and practice the use of Earned Value Management techniques, to measure and report project progress. Project Kickoff Meeting Learn and practice how to get your project off to a successful start by communicating and getting buy-in from your client for your project approach, team organization, communications plan, change management and risk management processes. Team Development Learn how to improve the morale and foster the development of your team.
