Methodologies are based on Project Management Institute industry standards and can be customized to support and integrate with the processes and templates used in your organization. Workshops cover all phases of the Project Life Cycle, and are fully interactive, with Case Study assignments and exercises on the Project Charter, Project Plan, Project Kickoff Meeting, Team Development and Risk Management. Participants address any current project management issues they are facing and a particular emphasis is placed on understanding and applying the project leadership, communications and motivational skills needed to ensure project team effectiveness and success. Progam Management Office Planning and Implementation of a Program Management Office can be provided for your complete portfolio of applications, including project oversight, the development of project management methodologies, guides, processes, tools, templates, performance metrics and the delivery of project management training. Project Initiation and Planning The Initiation and Planning phases of any project are the most critical, since they establish the project foundation and approach, yet these phases are often the most difficult to complete successfully. Hands-on support can be most helpful to the Project Team during these critical phases, to assist in project planning and organization, creation of project deliverable templates and the preparation and implementation of the Project Kickoff meeting with the Client team. Project Health Checks Project Health Checks can be conducted, on a one time or ongoing basis, to assess the health of your mission-critical applications and provide an action plan to address and resolve any project issues identified. Risk Management Workshops Risk Management Workshops provide project teams with a simple, yet very effective methodology to identify, quantify and address project risks. At the end of each Workshop, a Risk Management Plan is delivered to identify and assign responsibility for the actions needed to mitigate the identified risks. Mentoring Mentoring can be provided on a short-term or ongoing basis, to support Project Managers and their teams in the effective planning and delivery of their projects. |
